Genesis EB-5 Visa-Citizenship Program
What is the Genesis EB-5 Visa-Citizenship Program?
The Genesis EB-5 Visa-Citizenship Program is a full service program designed to obtain a Permanent Visa (Green Card) and subsequent U.S. Citizenship for the foreign Investor and family pursuant to the U.S. Immigration Act of 1990 Section EB-5.
The Genesis EB-5 Visa-Citizenship Program provides the Investor with a “turn key” commercial business by which an Investor attains ownership of an office building leased to the U.S. Federal Government and an affiliated commercial cleaning franchise, CleanNet USA, all designed to most assuredly meet the immigration investment requirements.
Immigration Opportunities for Foreign Investors
Prior to 1990, a foreign national could not qualify for permanent immigration to the United States based upon an investment.
The U.S. Immigration Act of 1990, Section EB-5, enables Investors to obtain Permanent Visas (Green Cards) and eventual full U.S. Citizenship based on investment and job creation.
Now, 10,000 Permanent Visas per year are available to Investors who comply with the regulations of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
What are Some Important EB-5 Requirements?
- The investment must be in a “new commercial enterprise” in the United States.
- Investor must be able to prove that the US$1 million invested came from lawful sources, such as employment income, sale of a business, inheritance, gift or sale of assets.
- A minimum of 10 new full-time permanent jobs must be created by the investment. (Exclusive of Investor and direct family members)
- The Investor must have some limited management or policy making role in the new commercial enterprise (business).
- The Investor must not have a criminal background, must be in good health and able to pass a U.S. Consular interview.
What is the Minimum Investment Required?
The minimum amount of “at risk funds” invested into the Genesis EB-5 Visa-Citizenship Program is US$1 million plus expenses.
Genesis EB-5 Visa-Citizenship Program provides each Investor with a custom designed, fully managed, structured investment that satisfies the USCIS requirements and provides an average current annual return of 5% to the Investor plus capital appreciation.
How is the Business Managed?
The Genesis EB-5 Visa-Citizenship Program team will manage the office building rented to the U.S. Government and the CleanNet USA franchise contract until Investor chooses to either personally manage the business or liquidate the Program.
Genesis currently manages over 70 U.S. Government office buildings throughout the U.S. and supervises all preventative maintenance, grounds keeping and cleaning of each office building.
Genesis is highly rated by the U.S. Government for its national property management performance.
